Negligent Nadine
Following MP Nadine Dorries shining example, boosting the reputation of MPs and the political system: Dear Open
University [my employer] I’ll be taking up to a month off work and so won’t be
doing my lecturing and research supervision role for a while. You will continue
to pay me as usual [I wish!] even though I won’t be doing the work I'm paid for and will be
earning extra money during my month off. Cheers!
